Shipping Information
- All handguns and silencers are shipped via 2-3 days priority service, UPS, USPS and Federal Express depending on the delivery location and item.
- Falling Skies Corp-FSC will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit by the carrier.
- Firearms typically ship within 1-5 business days after we receive your payment and a copy of FFL required for shipment.
- Non-firearm orders typically ship from 1-3 business days after we receive your payment.
Shipping Restrictions on Ammunition
You must be 18 or older to purchase shotgun or rifle ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns of Ammunition for safety reasons.
RESTRICTION: ORM-D Ammunition can only be shipped UPS Ground.
*Certain states require state permits to purchase ammunition such as a FOID Document etc.
*We will not ship Hollow point ammunition to New Jersey
Shipping Restrictions on Magazines
Magazine Capacity Restrictions differ from state to state and by county. It is your responsibility to verify local and state laws/restrictions.
Note: We will not ship a restricted magazine to your state if not allowed.

Return Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund, credit or replacement. FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, and FOOD are not returnable or refundable; all sales are final.
