Yes, it’s completely legal to buy Firearms and Class III items online

• The item must be legal in the state and area in which you reside.
• All serialized items MUST be shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer.

There are two types of FFL transfers. The most common is an inbound FFL transfer, i.e. you purchased a firearm or NFA item online from another dealer, person, or auction site and need a dealer for pick it up. We accept all transfers. The transfer fee is $40 per item. Once the item is received and logged in to our system we will text you to inform you your item is here and ready for pick up. The second type of FFL transfer is shipping a firearm to another dealer (Outbound Transfer). We offer this service as well. To process these transfers we will need a copy of the FFL License before the item is dropped off at our facility. (We will not accept outbound transfers without a copy of the FFL) Dealers can send a copy of their FFL to info@fallingskiescorp.com. Every state has different laws and regulations pertaining to different firearms and magazine capacity. Before placing an order for a firearm or magazine, please contact your local FFL dealer to ensure that the firearm and magazine you would like to order is compliant in your state.

• Orders placed with non-compliant items in the state in which you reside will be cancelled.

Firearm orders typically ship within 1-5 business days.

• Falling Skies Corp (FSC) must have a copy of your dealers FFL before your order can ship.
  • Acquiring an FFL is dependent on how long it takes your dealer to send over the required documents for shipping.
  • Please have your dealer send us their FFL to info@fallingskiescorp.com referencing your order number for shipment.

Non-Firearm orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.

At this time we are not accepting back orders for out of stock items, but you can request to be emailed when the item comes back in stock by clinking the notify me option listed on the product’s page.

Orders can only be cancelled the same day the order was placed. We cannot add items to your order after it has been placed.

• Orders will be immediately cancelled if items are not legal in the state in which you reside.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 90 days of purchase to receive a refund, credit or replacement. Firearms, Ammunition, and Food are not returnable or refundable; all sales are final.

If you are purchasing in-store or picking up a transfer you will need the following:

1.A valid Texas ID with proof of current address. If you do not live at the address on your ID you will need to bring Government documentation with your full legal name and current residence address.

If you are purchasing a Firearm to have shipped to your dealer.

1. Select the firearm you want. You pay us directly for the firearm.
2. Choose your FFL dealer (Federal Firearms License): We cannot ship a firearm directly to you. Firearms will be shipped to your the local FFL dealer of choice. Any legitimate firearm retailer has an FFL license; pawn shops and collectors may also have them.
3. Pick-up your firearm: Inspect your gun before accepting the transfer. Upon inspection of your firearm if you find any defects leave the firearm at the dealer and alert us right away. We will have it picked up for free and offer you an exchange or refund at no cost.

Yes, we repair most firearms. Please contact us with details on your repair. Some repairs depending on the firearm cannot be performed her at Falling Skies Corp.
