The MP9 continues to surpass all other submachine guns in size, weight, and flexibility, and it excels as a highly concealable subcompact weapon system capable tailored to engage threats with a high-volume of accurate, lethal fire at close ranges, in and around vehicles and within other confined spaces.
The MP9/TP9 (MP9 is the full-auto select-fire model for law enforcement and military personnel, while the TP9 is the semi-automatic variant for civilian use) boasts clean, streamlined features inclusive of ambidextrous controls, and 80% of the weapon is made of an advanced a polymer composite, trimming the firearm to an overall weight of just 3.08 lbs. Most unique is the pistol’s barrel shroud that doubles as a large tri-lug mount for quickly attaching the reduced-backpressure suppressor designed specifically for the platform. Tactical operators are further accommodated in their missions with B&T’s numerous belt and drop-leg holsters, in addition to a selection of concealment bags for discreet carriage.
